Who is responsible

What we collect
Account data (email address, username, password hash — or your Google account's verified email if you sign in with Google), the content you post (deals, comments, votes, reports), and technical server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.
Analytics & cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for your sign-in session. Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept it in the consent banner (Consent Mode v2); if you decline, no analytics storage is used. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed by clearing site data.
Why we process it
To operate your account (contract), to keep the service secure and moderate content (legitimate interest), and to measure our audience with your consent.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists (deleting your account anonymizes it), security and moderation logs up to 12 months, analytics for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time — write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
Third parties
Hosting in the European Union (Hetzner) behind Cloudflare; Google Analytics (consent-based) and Google sign-in (only if you use it). We never sell your data.
